Couples Counselling

Do you feel stuck and unable to change? Or, do you feel that you’re going round in circles? Making the decision to go to couples counselling is the first step towards making a change. When couples first get together and commit to being in a relationship it is never the intention that either person should not be happy within the relationship. Sometimes life gets in the way, with busy schedules the relationship can get forgotten.

Our couples counselling offers you a safe, supportive and confidential environment to be able to communicate and understand each other. All of our sessions are non-judgemental and will support your healing and wellbeing. We know that every relationship is unique and, therefore, no two sessions are the same. We use our years of experience and extensive knowledge to tailor each and every session to the individuals in need. We will work through your problems and give you insight into why and how things are affecting you and how you can change that.

All relationships bring their own unique stress and this stress can disrupt the natural balance of a relationship if left unchecked. Stress affects your interaction with others and can often leave people feeling isolated, having the opportunity to express these feelings and be supported is the way to alleviate their build up. Our couples counselling is the perfect place to talk through the stress you feel and share these thoughts and feelings with your partner. We encourage couples to respect and support each other, ensuring that they know that their feelings, views and opinions are important. We all need to be respected and loved to feel valued in a relationship and through our couples counselling, we will explore these feelings.

Many people can be skeptical about couples counselling and we have worked with people who have had their reservations, yet each time we have had successful sessions.
